Don't worry if you've never been to a photo shoot! I will communicate, help and instruct you all the way
to create natural and self-identical images.
Within a few days after the photo shoot, you will have the opportunity to select the images to be developed.

The digital images provided are retouched, high-resolution and logo-free, so they can be freely retrieved anytime, anywhere.

No, I will not give you the raw images. All photos undergo careful post-processing to ensure that you receive the highest quality images possible. Post-processing includes fine-tuning of colours, lights and small details to ensure that the final result is perfect.

Booked appointments can be changed or cancelled up to 72 hours before the shoot. In the event of cancellation, the booking fee is non-refundable and the offer may be cancelled.

Yes, but prior agreement is required before the transfer. Please let us know in advance if someone else would like to use the voucher or the booked appointment.

No. I value the trust of my clients, so I only use the images with your permission. Of course, I fully respect your wishes to keep the photos for your own use only.

We always agree before the shoot, so if bad weather is necessary, we are flexible to find another suitable time.

Yes! A contract of assignment is an essential part of photography. It ensures the rights and obligations of both parties and clarifies the details, so the process runs smoothly and without any problems. Unfortunately, I cannot take photographs without signing the contract.

Of course! In addition to the images included in the package, additional carefully retouched images are also available.

You can pay for the extra pictures by bank transfer.

Yes, of course! The family photo package is valid for up to 5 people, additional participants will be charged extra.

The prices in the package offer do not include the studio rental fee. The fee varies depending on the location, however, I will inform you of the current rates when discussing the details.

I store the photos for 1 year from the date of the photo shoot. If they are lost for any reason, I will make them available again after a short identification, for an additional fee.

Yes, the deposit is included in the total amount. However, it is important to note that the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
